We thoroughly clean and inspect every apartment before move-in to ensure it meets our standards.
You don't have to be present for a service technician to perform work. If you give us permission to enter while you're not home, we'll take care of it.
We have someone available during office hours, and we have an on-call maintenance personnel specifically designated for emergencies such as AC malfunctions, water leaks, and power outages.
If there's an item in your unit that needs repair, you can contact the leasing office for assistance, or you can enter a work order through your online portal account.
During office hours, residents can come to the office and show proof of ID to gain access. However, after hours, if you've lost your key, you're responsible for calling a locksmith to gain access.
Amenities
Yes, our community has open parking for all residents who have registered their vehicles with the leasing office.
The property offers a variety of amenities, including a pickleball court, saltwater pool, dog park, clubhouse, game room, workspace areas, and a 24-hour fitness and yoga center.
The pool and decks are available for use from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm.
Yes, our community is pet friendly, but we do have breed restrictions in place.
The standard appliances in our units include a French door style fridge with ice and water in the door, glass top oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

Typically, our application approval process takes approximately 24 to 48 hours.
You can pay your rent online using a checking account with a routing number, or with any credit or debit card. Additionally, you can make cash payments via WIPS at participating locations.
No, you are not required to purchase renter's insurance, but we highly recommend it for your protection and peace of mind.
You can use Spectrum for both internet and cable services.
If your situation changes and you need to get out of your lease, you would have to give a 60-day notice and pay rent for those 60 days. Additionally, you will owe a fee equivalent to two months of rent as an early termination fee.
To set up your utilities, you will call Jackson EMC to set up your power and contact Spectrum to arrange your internet & cable services.
None of the utilities are included in your rent.
